In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, Eeezzee Aquazzee” refers to Eezzee Limited.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content, or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
EezzeE Ltd reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
Eezzee Ltd has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EezzeE Ltd will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of [Your Company], it’s employees, or agents.
All intellectual property of Eezzee Ltd such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs, and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Eezzee Ltd.
By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Eezzee Ltd and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
The information is provided on the understanding that the website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision.
The information contained with the Website is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you would like to make a return of a product please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number, the product you would like to return & reason for the return.
Return Unwanted Items
Please note that we will not refund any collection fees for unwanted items. We will only refund products returned within 14 days that are in a resalable and original condition.
Some unwanted Items also have a restocking fee of £15.00 or 30% whichever is greater. This is payable upon return application being accepted or out of your refund.
Return Incorrect Items
Goods that are missing or incorrect from delivery must be reported to eezzeeltd in writing within 3 days from delivery.
When the items are received into our warehouse they will be checked whether they are incorrect. Once approved you will then be refunded for the collection fee and incorrect product only if in a resalable and original condition. If not in a resalable or original condition you will be charged for the incorrect product. If approved that the product that was sent was incorrect we will then send out the correct product.
Return Damaged Items
Goods that are damaged due to delivery must be reported to eezzeeltd within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged product and packaging.
Once you have processed the return through the procedure above it will be collected for you and returned to our warehouse
When the items are received into our warehouse they will be checked for damage. Once approved you will then be sent a replacement.
Return Faulty Items
Faulty items sent back to us will undergo a manufacture inspection. You must send them in their original packaging. It may also be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed.
Please note: items over 14 days old will not be able to be replaced or refunded.
